By using this website or requesting a consultation with Style Smyth, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
Style Smyth provides personal image consulting and dating strategy consulting. Every engagement is individualized; nothing on this site should be read as a fixed package, a promise of scope, or a commitment to a particular result.
3. Consultation Requests
Submitting the consultation request form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Requests are reviewed personally and follow-up is arranged directly, by Zoom or in person as agreed.
4. Dating Strategy Questionnaire
The Dating Strategy Questionnaire is an intake document that is currently being finalized and is not yet available for purchase. Registering interest in the beta is free, is limited to five selected participants, and does not guarantee acceptance or a place. When the questionnaire is released, any fee will be confirmed with you in writing before payment is made, and no payment is processed through this website. Completing the questionnaire does not by itself produce a finished strategy; Hannah personally reviews your responses and prepares a custom outline for discussion during a consultation.
5. Payment
No payment is processed through this website, and no fee applies to registering for the beta or taking part in it. The questionnaire is not yet available for purchase. If and when a fee applies to a service, the amount, scope, and refund terms will be confirmed with you in writing before any payment is made.
6. Confidentiality
Information shared with Style Smyth — including questionnaire responses and consultation conversations — is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your permission, except where required by law.
7. No Guarantees
Style Smyth does not promise or guarantee dates, matches, relationships, marriage, employment, career, financial, or other specific outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
8. Professional Boundaries
Consulting services are educational and advisory. They are not medical, dental, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and Hannah is not a licensed mental-health professional. Any discussion of psychology is an educational exploration of concepts such as perception, behavior, communication, and confidence.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, photography, design, and written strategies — is the property of Style Smyth and is protected by copyright. It may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Style Smyth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
11. Third-Party Links
This site may link to third-party pages, such as social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
12. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, this website, or the services, are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and Style Smyth each agree to bring any such dispute exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where applicable law does not permit this choice of law or venue.
